ORDER
The present Writ Petition is filed for a direction to the fifth respondent to forward the pension proposal of the petitioner to the first respondent and also a consequential direction to the first respondent to sanction the pension and disburse the same to the petitioner along with accrued interest thereon. 2.Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Panneerselvam, learned counsel appearing for the respondents 5 and 6 submitted that the petitioner has not submitted any pension proposal to the fifth respondent. If the petitioner submits the same, the same will be forwarded to the fourth respondent. However, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has already submitted the proposal to the fourth respondent directly and the petitioner will submit a fresh proposal to the fifth respondent.
3.In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to submit the proposal to the fifth respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of such proposal, the fifth respondent is directed to forward the same to the fourth respondent forthwith and the respondents 1 to 4 are directed to consider the proposal submitted by the petitioner through the fifth respondent and pass orders, within one month thereafter.
