ORDER

Natham Bar Association has filed this writ petition as against the resolution passed by the Bar Council of Tamilnadu dated 14.12.2013 rejecting the application dated 18.10.2011 submitted by the petitioner Association for affiliation of the Bar Council of Tamilnadu.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that pending this writ petition, the petitioner Natham Bar Association has joined with the main Association, which has already been recognized by the Bar Council of Tamilnadu and therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

3. Recording the said submission, this writ petition is closed as no further order is required. No costs.
