Respondents COMMON PRAYER :- These petitions are filed to condone the delay of 1188 days in filing the application to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of Malligapbegam, the 4th appellant, to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of Malligabegam, the 4th appellant in the above second appeal and to bring on record the petitioners 6 to 8 herein, the legal representatives of the deceased 4th appellant and rank them as appellants 6 to 8 in the second appeal.
