O R D E R This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records relating to the impugned Charge Sheet in C.C.No.426 of 2022 on the file of Additional Mahila Court, Dindigul, and quash the same as illegal.

2.The contention of the petitioners is that based on the complaint lodged by the 2nd respondent, the 1st respondent registered the First Information Report in Crime No.7 of 2022 for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 498(A), 323, 406 IPC and Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961.

3. It is a issue between the husband and wife. By the order dated 18.07.2023, the matter was referred to the Mediation Centre. On 30.10.2023, both the parties appeared before the Mediation Centre. On that date, compromise was reached between the parties. Mediation report is also received, stating that the matter was compromised between the 2/4

parties.

4. In view of the compromise reached between the parties, this Petition stands allowed. Hence, all further proceedings in C.C.No.426 of 2022 on the file of Additional Mahila Court, Dindigul, is quashed in respect of the petitioners and the mediation report shall form part of this order.
