Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a writ of mandamus forbearing the 1st respondent herein from in any effecting mutation of revenue records in favour of the 2nd respondent in respect of properties consisting of land and building measuring 4.05 acres comprised in S.nos.227/3A2, 227/3A, 227/3A1C, 227/3A1A situated in Ayyanadaippu village of Tuticorin Taluk in S.No.3/5, 3/1A, 3/6A in korampallam village of Tuticorin District on the basis of fraudulent sale deed registered as Doc.No.3105/2014 on the file of Sub-Registrar, Avalpoornthurai, Erode, which is the subject matter of O.S.No.68 of 2015 on the file of learned Principal District Judge, Tuticorin.
