The Civil Revision Petition is filed challenging the order passed in E.A.No.1 of 2019 in E.P.No.183 of 2019 in O.S.No.567 of 1989 on the file of the Principal Sub Court, Dindigul dated 05.07.2022. 1/4

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners fairly submits that though the petitioner has sought for larger relief in this Civil Revision Petition, this Court without adverting to the merits of the matter, may permit the petitioners to work out their remedy in the suit pending between the decree holder and the purchaser from the petitioner.

3.Considering the limited request made by the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to work out the remedy in the manner known to law. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
