ORDER

The present transfer civil miscellaneous petition is filed to transfer H.M.O.P.No. 169 of 2025, on the file of the Family Court Tirunelveli, to the Sub Court, Sivakasi.

2.The wife has file H.M.O.P.No.10 of 2025 on the file of the Sub Court, Sivakasi, to declare the marriage as null and husband has filed H.M.O.P.No. 169 of 2025, on the file of the Family Court, Tirunelveli for restitution of conjugal rights.

3.In spite of notice, the respondent husband has not appeared before this Court either in person or through learned Counsel. 4.The contention of the petitioner is that she is working in a Private Medical College and she is finding it difficult to travel from Sivakasi to Tirunelveli. Moreover, there is life threat from the side of the respondent.

5.Accepting the said contentions, this Court is inclined to allow the transfer civil miscellaneous petition. Therefore, the transfer civil miscellaneous petition is allowed as prayed for. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
