The present Writ Petition has been filed seeking a declaration that the deed of cancellation of release deed, dated 25.09.2014, registered in Document No.1014 of 2014 executed by the respondents 2 and 3 in favour of the petitioner is null and void. According to the learned Counsel for the petitioner, pending writ petition, the parties have settled the matter. Hence, the writ petition does not require any adjudication. The said fact is recorded. The writ petition stands closed. There shall be no orders as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition stands closed.
