ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash FIR in Crime No.42 of 2022 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Ervadi Dharga Police Station, Ramanthapuram District. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent submitted that the investigation in this case has been completed and charge sheet has also been prepared.

3.In view of the above, this Court directs the first respondent Police to file the charge sheet before the concerned Jurisdictional Magistrate Court within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is at liberty to workout his remedy in the manner known to law. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
