ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the impugned circular issued by the first respondent dated 05.04.2018 and in consequence to direct him to make necessary changes in his official website for making online payment for the DAS monthly subscription fee only.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the sole petitioner died.
