JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by V.RAMASUBRAMANIAN ,J ) This appeals arise out of an order of the learned Judge directing 50% of the services rendered by the first respondent in all the writ appeals as Part Time Panchayat Clerks to be counted for the purpose of grant of pensionary benefits. 2.Heard Mr.A.K.Baskarapandian, learned Special Government Pleader for the appellants.

3.The issue is covered by the judgment of another Division Bench of this Court in W.A.(MD)No.1028 of 2015, dated 30.09.2015. Therefore, following the same, the writ appeals are dismissed. No costs. Consequently, M.P(MD)Nos.2 and 3 of 2015 are closed.
