2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition from 14.10.2021 till today, without fail.

3. The above submission is admitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police.

4. Since the petitioner is complying with the condition without fail and there is no adverse remarks as against this petitioner, the condition is fully relaxed.
