Respondent PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the respondent in C.No.B1/72186/2017 dated 15.05.2018 and quash the same as illegal and in consequence thereof declare the candidature of the petitioner as eligible to be appointed to the post of Grade-II Police Constable under the recruitment drive 2017 and pass such further or other orders.

ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner has given a letter, dated 02.03.2020, to the Registry seeking permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
