J U D G M E N T

[Judgment of the Court was made by DR.G.JAYACHANDRAN, J.] In view of the order, dated 09.02.2026, passed by the Full Bench of this Court in W.P.(MD) No.26547 of 2025 in the case of Jawahar Rajan vs. The Regional Passport Officer, concerning the issuance of fresh / renewal of passport for the persons against whom criminal cases are pending before the Court, we find that the order of the learned Single Judge in the case on hand is in consonance with the dictum laid down by the Full Bench of this Court in the said decision. Hence, we find no scope to interfere with the order passed by the learned Single Judge.
