The learned counsel for the writ petitioner as well as the learned counsel for the respondents made a submission that during the pendency of the present writ petition, the departmental disciplinary proceedings initiated against the writ petitioner were concluded and the major penalty of removal from service was imposed on the writ petition on 02.07.2014.
