This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the Form-IX notice dated 05.11.2014 subjecting this petitioner's property for auction.

2. The petitioner's husband, who availed housing loan, has failed to pay the balance amount to the respondent Society and therefore, the respondent Society has brought the property for auction and that was challenged in this Writ Petition.

3. There is no representation for the petitioner today.

4. The learned Additional Government Pleader would submit that pending this Writ Petition, the petitioner has settled the dues on 31.03.2017 itself and nothing survives in this Writ Petition.

5. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Government Pleader, this Writ Petition is closed as no further order is required. No costs.
