JUDGMENT

Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents made a submission that the appellant, Smt.B.Anitha, transferred the subject vehicle in favour of one Smt.Yuvarani on 09.03.2018. Thus, the cause of action does not exist as of now. Accordingly, the Writ Appeal stands dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition stands closed.
