ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed for forbearing the police authorities from harassing the petitioners based on the complaint of the private respondents.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate submitted that the fourth respondent herein has lodged a complaint against the petitioners. Pursuant thereto, the third respondent has issued summons to the petitioners herein.

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.17382 of 2021 submitted that the petitioners would appear before the third respondent in response to the summons. The third respondent will enquire the matter and conclude the proceedings within a period of two weeks thereafter. If at the end of the enquiry, the third respondent comes to the conclusion that FIR has to be registered, then, the petitioners will be given due notice and also breathing time, so that, they can move the concerned Court for the relief of anticipatory bail.

4. With this direction to the petitioners as well as the police authorities, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
