JUDGMENT
(Judgment of the Court was made by M.S.RAMESH,J.) This Writ Appeal has been filed against the order of the learned Single Judge in W.P.(MD).No.20866 of 2023 dated 19.06.2024.
2. In continuation of our earlier order dated 21.01.2025, the appellant Transport Corporation has produced a copy of the proceedings dated 22.01.2025, wherein, the first respondent herein had been selected for the post of Driver cum Conductor in their Corporation with certain conditions.
3. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the appellant Transport Corporation, on instructions, submitted that the present proceedings dated 22.01.2025, can be construed as an appointment order, appointing the first respondent for the said post. The above statement is hereby recorded.
4. In view of these developments, the grievance of the first respondent herein has been redressed and therefore, further interference to the order passed by the Writ Court does not arise.
5. Accordingly, the Writ Appeal stands closed. Consequently, the appellant Transport Corporation shall issue appropriate posting orders to the first respondent herein, at least, within a week's time from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of such posting orders, the first respondent herein is at liberty to join the services and thereafter, on such joining of duty, the appellant Transport Corporation shall depute the first respondent to undergo the required 3 months' training conducted by the IRT. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition stands closed. (M.S.R.,J.)
