It is brought to the notice of this Court that the writ petitioner was subsequently promoted as Assistant Branch Manager (Sales) on 14.08.2020. This promotion has been given on the administrative side. In view of the same, there is no requirement for this Court to enter into the merits of the case. The submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the appellants can be recorded and this Writ Appeal can be closed.
