Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code praying this Hon'ble Court to direct the respondents to give necessary police protection to the life and limb of the petitioners, their family members and property comprised in Survey No.93/1B, 1D to an extent of 2.44 Acres situated at Vellore, Musiri Taluk, Trichy District based on the 2nd petitioners representation dated 19.06.2017 to the 2nd respondent. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that summon was issued to both parties calling them for an enquiry and the parties did not appear for the enquiry. CONT.P(MD)NO.1403 OF 2019 2.The learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner as well as the learned counsel appearing for the counter parties submitted that they will appear before the respondent/Police for the enquiry and give their statements.

3.The Petitioner as well as the counter parties shall appear before the respondent/Police namely, the Inspector of Police, Musiri Police Station, Trichy District on 6.11.2019 at 3.00 p.m and an enquiry shall be conducted and appropriate decision shall be taken by the respondent/Police, in accordance with law. 4.This Contempt Petition is closed, with the above directions.
