Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the second respondent in Rc.08/Schemes/2018 dated 11.05.2018 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents herein to retain the petitioner in Annavasal Government Hospital, Pudhukkottai District as Dental Assistant. 2.It is seen that in the impugned order dated 11.05.2018, the Government Hospital, Annavasal Dental Unit along with the Dental Surgeon and Dental Assistant was shifted to the Government Hospital. The petitioner herein was a temporary Dental Assistant at Annavasal Dental Unit, which is the Dental scheme formed by the Government. 3.The learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that the scheme itself has ended and the Annavasal Dental Unit does not operate as on date. W.P.(MD) No.11326 of 2018 redundant, since he cannot seek for retaining him in a lapsed Dental unit.
4.The Writ Petition stands dismissed, accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
