ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition had been filed to direct the Respondents not to harass the Petitioner under the guise of enquiry. 1/4

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the Respondents 1 to 3 submitted that based on the complaint given by the complainant, FIR is registered in Crime No.5 of 2022 against the Petitioner under Sections 420, 465 and 468 of IPC.

3.By way of rejoinder, the learned Counsel for the Petitioner submitted that the FIR registered against the Petitioner in Crime No.5 of 2022 had already been closed as 'mistake of fact' and Referred Charge Sheet notice was also served to the De-Facto Complainant. 4.In the light of the submission made by the learned Counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the Respondents are directed not call the petitioner under the guise of enquiry and harass him.

5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
