W.P.(MD) No.11340 of 2018 whom the petitioner sought settlement of her claim, had settled the claim of the fourth respondent upon his retirement on 30.06.2018 and all terminal benefits have been paid over to him on 31.08.2018.

2. Recording the aforesaid and also for the reason that the petitioner is called absent today, this petition is dismissed. No costs.
