2. An order has been passed and communicated to the petitioner. The order is dated 20.11.2021 in e.f.gp5/24193/2021. Learned counsel for the petitioner assails the order stating that the third parties had not been invited for an enquiry and that opportunity had not been given and the order is adverse to the petitioner. If that be so, the petitioner can question the said order in manner known to law. That liberty is given but the Contempt Petition will no longer lie.

3. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
