ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrested and remanded to judicial custody in Crime No.110 of 2022 for the offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 307 and 506(2) IPC and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 2002, seeks bail. 2.The earlier application filed by the petitioner came to be dismissed as if the petitioner is also involved in previous cases and this is the second application.

3.Due to some matrimonial issue, the petitioner tried to kill his wife by strangulating her. The trial in that case has commenced. Hence, if the petitioner is released on bail, he may cause trouble to his wife. This Court finds that there is no change of circumstances. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
