O RDER When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police would submit that during the pendency of this petition, the respondent Police has conducted the investigation and on completion of investigation, charge sheet has been filed before the Additional Mahila Court, Ramanathapuram and the learned Judge has taken cognizance in C.C.No. 14 of 2023.

2. When the Petition was taken up for hearing on 07.03.2024, there was no representation on the side of the petitioners and therefore, the petition was posted on 12.03.2024 under the caption "for dismissal".

3. Even today (12.03.2024) also, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners and therefore, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed for non prosecution. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
