ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed challenging the taking on file C.C.No.6 of 2014 on the file of the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Thanjavur and to quash the same.

2. According to the learned Counsel for the petitioner, the said consumer complaint has been withdrawn on 21.01.2020. In view of the above said fact, no further orders are called for. The writ petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions stand closed.
