ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under Sections 452, 354, 294(b), 506 (ii) IPC and Section 4 of TNPWH Act in Crime No.127 of 2018 in Crime No.127 of 2018 and seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner is said to have illegally entered into the house of the defacto complainant and misbehaved with her and also threatened with dire consequences. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that investigation is still pending.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant the relief of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Magistrate concerned within a period of 10 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, on his executing a bond for a sum https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
