Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.MURUGAN R, Advocate for the petitioner and M/S.RMS.SETHURAMAN, Additional Public Prosecutor for the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed seeking extension of time to surrender of the petitioner before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruchuli, Virudhunagar District and furnish sureties as ordered by this Court.

2. The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that since the petitioner was affected by jaundice, he could not surrender before the learned Judicial Magistrate concerned and produce the sureties within the stipulated time as prescribed by this Court.
