ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner /accused, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the 1/3

respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 8(c) and 20(b)(ii)(B) and 25 of NDPS Act, in Cr.No.250 of 2024, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police.

3. Considering the nature of allegations and considering the fact that there are previous cases pending against the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail.
