ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents 1 and 2. 2.The petitioner's father-in-law is working as SSI of Police in Chinnamanoor Police Station.

There appears to be some misunderstanding between the petitioner and his wife. Based on the emergency call made by the petitioner's wife, the petitioner was enquired by the police patrol. Thereafter, the petitioner's wife has sent a postal complaint to the second respondent. The second respondent proposed to issue summon to the petitioner for calling him to attend enquiry.

3. The petitioner's counsel, on instructions, states that the petitioner will in response to the summons to be issued attend the enquiry. Thereafter, the second respondent shall conclude the enquiry within a period of two weeks. If at the end of the enquiry the second respondent comes to the conclusion that FIR has to be registered, then, the petitioner will be given due notice and breathing time, so that, he can move the concerned Court for the relief of anticipatory bail. Under no circumstances, the second respondent will orally summon the petitioner. Summons will have to be issued to the petitioner only in writing.
