ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to conduct an enquiry on the objection / representation made by the petitioner on 22.09.2021, wherein the petitioner has sought for the cancellation of the Legal Heirship Certificate, dated 02.11.2018, issued by the third respondent in favour of the fourth respondent and pass orders in accordance with law within the time frame fixed by this Court.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, it was submitted that the Legal Heirship Certificate has been cancelled and therefore, the relief sought for in the present Writ Petition has become infructuous. 2/4
