Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent No.3 to revoke the Suspension of petitioner dated 13.09.2018 and reinstate the petitioner in the post of B.T.Assistant (Science) at Respondent No.3 School in light of section 22(3) (b) of the Tamil Nadu recognized Private Schools (Regulation) Act, 1973 and order passed by the Honble Supreme Court in Ajay Kumar Choudhary - vs - Union of India report in (2015) 7 SCC 291 and the order in WP(MD)No.1362 of 2018, dated 27.06.2018 within the time stipulated by this court.
