Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of manipulated/malpractice OMR (Optical Mark Reading) Answer Sheet Scanned Copy No.3097697, Test Booklet Code.M5, Test Booklet No.3097697 furnished to the petitioner through E-Mail on 15.10.2021 and the consequential NEET-2021 Score Card dated 01.11.2021 awarding 240 marks by the third respondent and to quash the same as devoid of merits and consequentially directing the third respondent to value her original OMR (Optical Mark Reading) Answer Sheet and Office Copy of OMR Answer Sheet No.3097697, Test Booklet Code.M5, Test Booklet No.
3097697 and allot proper marks for the petitioner actual answered 166 questions as stated in schedules, consequentially directing the fourth respondent to permit her to participate in the counselling for the year MBBS Admission - 2021, consequentially directing the second respondent to enquiry the matter by considering her representation dated 06.11.2021, within the period as stipulated by this Court.

Learned counsel for the petitioner places a request to withdraw the Writ Petition. It is stated that on verification of the original OMR sheet at New Delhi, the petitioner did not find any variations. Nothing survives for adjudication. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
