ORDER

This writ petition is filed challenging the order of the first respondent dated 13.10.2014 permitting the 6th respondent to lay a road in Achampatti, Thanjavur District.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondents are 2/5

attempting to lay a road on his patta land.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 5, on written instructions, submits that the road has been laid in the Government land and not on the petitioner's patta land. He further submits that the road work has already been completed and therefore, nothing survives in this writ petition.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has also confirmed the submissions made by the learned Additional Government Pleader.

5. Recording the same, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. 21.03.2023 ogy NCC : Yes / No.
