(Order of the court was delivered by G.R.Swaminathan, J.) Heard both sides.

2.The petitioner herein filed C.M.A.(MD)No.846 of 2019 questioning the order passed by the Family Court, Trichy in G.W.O.P.No.20 of 2017 dated 24.06.2019. The civil miscellaneous appeal was disposed of in terms of the consent memo dated 21.11.2024 filed by the parties.

3.The petitioner now complains that the respondent is not acting in terms of the consent memo. The respondent strongly states that she has no role in the matter and that children are not ready to be in the company of the petitioner herein (their father).

4.In these circumstances, it is not possible to enforce the consent order passed by this Court. We, therefore, recall the order dated 21.11.2024 made in C.M.A.(MD)No.846 of 2019.
