This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the learned III Additional District and Sessions Judge for (PCR Cases), Madurai, to consider the Petitioners' bail applications on the same day of their surrender in Crime No.269 of 2022 on the file of the second Respondent. 2.It is the submission of the learned Counsel for the Petitioners that due to wordy quarrel, the occurrence said to have taken place, based on which the case in Crime No.269 of 2022 had been registered. 3.The learned Government Advocate for the Respondents 1 and 2 submits that the injured had been discharged from the hospital and no previous case is pending against the Petitioners. 2/4

4.Considering the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the Petitioners, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed. The Petitioners are directed to surrender before the learned III Additional District and Sessions Judge for (PCR Cases), Madurai, within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order or within a period of 15 days from the date of uploading the order copy in the official web-site of this Court. The Special Judge shall consider the bail applications of the Petitioners and dispose of the same as per law.
