PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to appoint a Special Officer for administering the 4th respondent Sangam under Section 34-A(1) (iv) of Tamil Nadu Societies Registration Act, 1975 within a time stipulated by this Court.

This writ petition is seeking for a direction to appoint a Special Officer for administering the fourth respondent Sangam under Section 34-A(1)(iv) of Tamil Nadu Societies Registration Act, 1975.
