: Respondents PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issue of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the impugned Brochure on Guidelines for Selection of Regular LPG Distributors issued in August 2013 as well as the consequential advertisement issued jointly by respondent Nos.2 3 and 4 in Dinakaran Daily dated 21.09.2013 and quash the same as illegal insofar as it relates to the non-provision of 33% reservation to women category is concerned and consequently direct the respondent Nos.2, 3 and 4 to conduct fresh selection process after providing due reservation to women category as done in previous selection processes within the period that may be stipulated by this Court.
