JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was made by DR.ANITA SUMANTH, J.) On the heels of filing of this Writ Appeal in 2015, the appellant is said to have passed away on 14.08.2016. That apart, vide Government Order bearing No.31, dated 17.02.2014, the appellant has been considered for inclusion in the panel in 2017 and has been granted all benefits from 09.07.2012 onwards. Thus, it is moot as to whether anything at all would survive in this writ appeal. 2.Recording the above, this Writ Appeal is closed. If the legal heirs of the deceased desire to pursue the matter further, let steps be taken to revive the writ appeal, which request shall be entertained if made within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
