ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The matter has been already referred to the Mediation centre and during the Mediation process settlement has been reached between the parties, by which the petitioner agreed to get the marriage to be dissolved by way of filing mutual divorce petition before the concerned Court. It is also agreed that this Criminal case also be withdrawn by the defacto complainant. The copy of the terms of settlement also been enclosed.

2.In view of the settlement reached between the parties, nothing survives for further consideration and direction and the respondent police may refer the matter as closed because of the settlement.
