JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was made by DR.ANITA SUMANTH, J.) Learned Government Advocate assures the Court that the third appellant will hear the respondents and pass orders giving effect to the direction in paragraph 9 of the order dated 19.09.2014 passed in W.P. (MD)No.14732 of 2013.

2. For the aforesaid purpose, the respondents shall appear before the third appellant on 03.10.2023, Tuesday. An order shall be passed by the third appellant within a period of six weeks from 03.10.2023. This order be communicated to the newly substituted 3/5

respondents by Mr.P.R.Prithiviraj, learned counsel for the deceased respondent, who undertakes to do so.

3. With this, nothing further survives in this writ appeal and the same is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
