ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to establish a ESI Hospital at Thiruvadanai by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 27.03.2025, within the time limit that may be fixed by this Court.

2.The very prayer itself would clearly indicate that it is a policy decision of the respondents to create a new ESI Hospital. Therefore, the writ petition cannot be entertained. However, the respondents may consider the ground reality and the petitioner's representation, dated 27.03.2025. If need be, an ESI dispensary may established.

3.With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
