Respondent PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to impugned order dated 08.11.2011 issued in the reference ghHit rJ v7-3173 and the order of oral termination of service of the petitioner and quash the same and direct the Respondent to allow the petitioner to join duty without any further delay and also to pay salary from the date of oral termination dated 02.07.2011 till the petitioner is permitted to join duty within the stipulated time prescribed by this Court.
