ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by G.K.ILANTHIRAIYAN, J.] This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to suspend the sentence imposed on the petitioner by the Additional District (Fast Track) Court, Theni, in S.C.No.122 of 2023, dated 28/04/2025 and to enlarge the petitioner on bail pending disposal of the criminal appeal. 2.The petitioner stands convicted and sentenced as under:- Section of Law Sentence of imprisonment Fine amount 364(A) r/w 120(B) IPC Life Imprisonment Rs.1,000/-, in default to undergo one week 3.Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

4.The petitioner has failed to make out a prima facie case for grant of suspension of sentence, hence we are of the opinion that it is not a fit case for grant of suspension of sentence to the petitioner.

5.Accordingly this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed.
