2.Today(18.08.2025), when this contempt petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent/contemnor submits that the complaint of this petitioner, dated 13.02.2025 has been enquired in CSR No. 205 of 2025 and it was closed on 30.04.2025. A copy of the closure report is also placed before this Court.

3.Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Contempt Petition is closed, with a direction to the respondent to furnish a copy of the closure report to the petitioner.
