This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the Respondents to issue a Non Traceable Certificate regarding equity share certificate of SRF Limited in Folio No.SRF 0137371 and Certificate No.1130343, Warrant No.3702108 and Distinctive Nos. 310166706 to 310768305.
2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that as per the complaint of the Petitioner, he had lost the equity share certificate in the month of December 2021, but had given a complaint only on 09.03.2022.
3.Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the second Respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after conducting due enquiry.
