Crime No. 28 of 2024, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner is working as Manager in K.G.Multi Speciality Hospital, Thanjavur. He has misappropriated a sum of Rs.1.5 Crores by collecting a sum of Rs.72 lakhs from 20 students, who came there for training. He also collected a sum of Rs.3,000/- towards food and Rs.3,000/- for administrative expenses from the students.
3.Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the material records of the case.
4.Considering the fact that the petitioner was arrested only on 13.07.2024 and the investigation is yet to be completed and also considering the fact that the huge sum of Rs.1.5 crores is yet to be recovered, for the present I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
