ORDER

This writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to give him duty as daily, by considering his representation dated 23.10.2021. 2.The grievance of the petitioner is that he has not been provided with duty for the past one month.

3.Mr.J.Senthil Kumariah, learned Standing Counsel took notice on behalf of the respondents and on instructions, submitted that the petitioner has been transferred from Bodi Circle to Dindigul Circle, by order dated 16.09.2021. In view of this order passed by the respondents, no further order is required to be passed in this writ petition.

4.However, the learned Counsel for the petitioner disputed the same that he has not been communicated with any such transfer order. Therefore, this Court directed the learned Standing Counsel to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD)No.20154 of 2021 furnish a copy of the transfer order and the same was accordingly furnished to the learned Counsel for the petitioner before this Court. It is open to the petitioner to challenge the transfer order, in the manner known to law, if so advised.

5.In the result, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
